Working for Vinci K Rouse Civil Engineers successfully completed major extension works to an existing Sainsburys store in Silksworth, Sunderland.
K Rouse's works involved large earthworks and groundworks packages to the new extension that included; drainage, retaining walls, concrete flooring, access roads and surfacing.
As this was a busy live store these works were managed with priority given to causing a minimum of disruption to the day to day operation of the busy store.
